Registration Categories and Fees
All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). All deadlines are based on the UTC +08:00 time zone.
Registration Policy Summary
▪ Each registration is valid for one (1) participant only.
▪ All participants, including co-authors, must register individually.
▪ At least one author (per accepted paper) must complete the online conference registration by February 28, 2026 (UTC+08:00) for the paper to be included in:
○ the conference technical program
○ the APEMC 2026 conference proceedings, and
○ IEEE Xplore (additional mandatory requirement that a paper MUST be presented in person at the conference).
▪ Each full registration can cover maximum two (2) papers. Note that student registration does not include banquet.
Optional Purchases
Additional ticket for the Conference Banquet on May 6, 2026.
▪ Price: SGD 150 per ticket.
▪ Advance purchase is required, subject to availability.
▪ Additional banquet tickets are non-refundable once confirmed.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
▪ All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at joy@jjayes.com
▪ Refunds (if approved) will be processed after the conference.
▪ A non-refundable administrative processing fee of 10% of the registration fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
▪ No refunds will be granted after 15 April 2026, including no-shows.
▪ Author registrations are non-refundable once the paper has been included in the conference program.
▪ Registration transfers to another individual may be permitted, subject to Organizing Committee approval and written request.
Terms and Conditions
Program Changes
▪ The Organiser reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, venue, or schedule without prior notice.
Code of Conduct
▪ All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
▪ Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund, in accordance with IEEE policies.
Photography & Recording
▪ By attending APEMC 2026, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for conference, promotional, and archival purposes.
Liability Disclaimer
▪ The Organiser shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. Attendance is at the participant’s own risk.
Force Majeure
▪ The Organiser shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, strikes, or government restrictions.
IEEE Policies
▪ Registration for APEMC 2026 constitutes acceptance of applicable IEEE policies, including:
