Paper Submission

▪ Those who wish to present their scientific work at APEMC 2026 should submit a document electronically in two-column and either 1-page abstract (for the Conference Proceedings only, Oral/Poster) or 3-4 pages full-length paper (for the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore, Oral/Poster). Both 1-page abstracts and full-length papers must be submitted via the online Paper Submission System, accessible from this page.

▪ In addition to tutorials and workshops, there are two types of scientific sessions for APEMC 2026: “Regular Sessions” and “Special Sessions”. The Regular Sessions will consist of contributed papers only, while the Special Sessions will be arranged by the Session Organizers. When submitting a paper, the authors will be asked to select one session topic that best matches the contents of the paper for review. There are 16 session topics for the Regular Sessions.

▪ The submission must be in electronic format (PDF) via the EDAS system.

▪ The submission deadline is November 21, 2025, 11:59 p.m. NST(UTC+08:00).


Paper Contest:

Graduate and undergraduate authors are eligible for the Best Student Paper Award Contest. The student must be the first author, and the paper should primarily represent the student’s work. In addition, all full-length papers are eligible to compete in the Best Symposium Paper Awards at APEMC 2026. To be considered for either award, authors must indicate their intention in EDAS when submitting the manuscript.


Guidelines for Authors & Submittal Procedures:

1). Register paper and add authors to EDAS:

On EDAS, you should register your paper by entering the basic information into the form. In addition, you will be required to select one session topic (Regular Sessions/Special Sessions) that best matches the content of your paper for review purposes.

2). Upload review manuscript to EDAS:

Once the paper has been registered, you should upload the review manuscript to EDAS. You may update your registration information or re-upload the manuscript file as many times as you like until the submission deadline on November 21, 2025, 11:59 p.m. NST(UTC+08:00).

3). Acceptance Notification:

The “Acceptance Notification” letter will be sent to each contact author via email on January 31, 2026.

Paper acceptance criteria include

▪ Importance of Topic:

Does it have direct significance to the EMC community?

▪ Technical Sophistication and Depth:

Does it present information that is a significant contribution, advancement, application or refinement of the state of the art? Does it expose the reader to a higher knowledge level than currently available from other sources?

▪ Readability, Clarity, and Presentation:

Is the value of the submission clearly defined? Is the material written in clear and concise English, with topics presented in an organized and logical manner?

▪ Novelty and Originality:

Does it propose a new and unique concept or expand an existing premise from a unique point of view?
