The APEMC 2026 Organization Committee invites proposals for Special Sessions, which address specific, high-interest topics related to various EMC aspects.
A prospective organizer should submit a proposal for a Special Session by indicating (1) session title, (2) session description, (3) expected number of speakers and corresponding topics (list of possible speakers), (4) session organizer(s) information (name, affiliation, and contact information), and (5) any other information and/or special requests. The proposal should address its category, objective, content, originality, and timeliness of the session, as well as the impact on the EMC community and beyond. To submit your proposal(s), please complete the proposal form and send it to the Special Sessions Chair Prof. Qi WU (qwu@buaa.edu.cn) by October 3, 2025, 11:59 p.m. NST(UTC+08:00). Please understand that not all proposals can be accepted due to the limited session capacity.

The authors in the accepted Special Sessions should submit their papers by November 21, 2025, 11:59 p.m. NST(UTC+08:00). All the submitted papers will be fully reviewed by experts in the EMC field, and the authors will be notified of the review results by January 31, 2026. The authors of accepted papers are required to register for APEMC 2026 and submit the final camera-ready versions of their papers.
Workshops and Tutorials will be organized as educational presentations designed to offer practical, up-to-date guidance for newcomers to the EMC field, as well as valuable updates for experienced professionals. These sessions will also explore specific EMC topics in greater depth to support advanced learning and technical development.

The proposal should address its category, objective, content, originality, and timeliness of the session, as well as the impact on the EMC community and beyond.
